Emily Smyka-Ingalls - CEO/Owner
My name is Emily Ingalls, and I am the owner and CEO of West Coast Soccer Academy. I started this program as an elementary school teacher, responding to the demand from my young students for a soccer program that was high-quality, convenient, and affordable. I implemented an after-school soccer program and organized summer camps during my four years in Molalla and two years in Portland.
Although I began with a small initiative, we quickly grew to enroll over 150 students within my school alone! West Coast Soccer Academy is now expanding and currently operates at 30 different schools, parks, and indoor soccer facilities around Portland, Oregon and Vancouver, Washington.

Kass Risor - Marketing Liason/manager/lead coach
Kass grew up on a 65-acre farm, riding bareback and playing in the mud. Heavily involved in cheerleading from 7th grade through college, she always wanted to coach and inspire children. In 1995, she moved to Washington state and fell in love with the Pacific Northwest.
Since 2007, she has been involved in education, and as a mother of two, she is passionate about West Coast Soccer Academy. Kass has coached, served as Marketing Liaison, and manages all coaches in Washington. She truly enjoys working with the coaches and supporting the company in any way she can. Kass feels blessed to be part of this special group!
